The Regional Transfusion Committees (RTCs) are responsible for implementing actions of the National Blood Transfusion Committee in England (NBTC). They oversee the activities of the local Hospital Transfusion Committees (HTCs) and provide a link between the HTCs and the NBTC. The areas covered by the English RTCs mirror the ten Strategic Health Authorities.Each RTC has its own web pages.
