Regional database 2007

In 2007 the South Central RTC conducted a survey of all hospitals and trusts in the region to determine activity related to blood transfusion. Twenty hospitals and trusts provided feedback including data from transfusion laboratories, details of blood banking and conservation and information about staff training. The results are shown in this presentation (pdf 231KB). The survey was repeated in 2008.
