Below is an example of the certificate issued by acupuncturists. It may not be possible in every instance to obtain these certificates. However, when no certificate is available as much information as possible should be obtained to enable the Designated Medical Officer to decide on the acceptability of the donation. The reason for any decision must be fully documented.
